Certified means — you don’t have to take word of the govt/company, external auditors have checked and gave the thumbs up(in-case of ISO standards).

ISO/IEC 20000-1 — This certification Specific to service management system, In short how system is configured to meet customer needs (https://www.iso.org/standard/70636.html)

ISO 22301 — This certification is to ensure the customers there is continuity plan — In Short if things go bad they have procedures to get everything back where it was (https://www.iso.org/standard/50038.html)

ENTRUST — Is SSL certificate validation.
